- In 2019, La Banque Postale stepped up its transformation to serve all of its customers as well as possible - individuals, communities, associations, businesses and professionals - while remaining attentive to the most vulnerable. It launched Ma French Bank, its 100% digital bank, accelerated the digitization of its offer and rolled out its digital inclusion plan.
