2024-2025 Integrated Report

In 2024, in an economic environment under pressure from inflation, unstable interest rates and weak growth, La Banque Postale rolled out a comprehensive transformation plan across all its business lines and subsidiaries. It has three watchwords: prioritise, cooperate, and manage. La Banque Postale is acting swiftly to renew its growth momentum, refocus on its core business and introduce a value-driven management model drawing on shared expertise, to create performance synergies.

2025 Mission Report

Building on the word carried out within the framework of the mission-driven company, La Banque Postale wanted to go beyond the regulatory requirements.

Its ambitious transition plan is in fact an action program, developing a series of measures to give concrete form to its commitments. It provides the evidence needed to move from promises to action.

In 2024, in a difficult economic environment, La Banque Postale rolled out a transformation plan across its business lines and subsidiaries. It has three watchwords: Prioritise, Cooperate, Manage. The Group is boosting its growth momentum while managing its expenses, and encourages each and every employee to focus their energy on the actions that create the most value for customers and for the Company. The four business lines and the members of the major state-owned financial unit share their expertise to offer innovative impact solutions. Management by value, in real time, energises and strengthens sustainable performance synergies. 

The Sustainability Report

This Sustainability Report forms an integral part of Chapter 2 of La Banque Postale's Universal Registration Document 2024. It provides a detailed analysis of the Group's sustainable performance, highlighting initiatives and results achieved in terms of social and environmental responsibility.

2023 Climate & Nature Report

As a mission-driven company since 2022, La Banque Postale has made its citizen base the driving force behind its performance in support of a just transition. Three environmental and social objectives are embedded in the company’s bylaws, with 14 indicators used to monitor them. 

La Banque Postale is the first French commercial bank to commit to publishing a nature report in 2024, following the recommendations of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD)
