Three levers to achieve our ambitions 

Digitalization

To respond to the acceleration of our customers’ digital uses, La Banque Postale is strengthening the resources allocated to the digitalization of its offerings and processes. This expanded digital range will complement the physical network of post offices, which play an essential role in supporting our customers. An IT investment programme led by the Bank’s IT Department and the Network will improve the speed of deployments, the quality of service and the customer experience.

Diversification

La Banque Postale will continue with the diversification of its activities. It will continue to contact individual, corporate and local customers to offer them banking, responsible consumer credit, asset management and life and non-life insurance services.

Differenciation

La Banque Postale will also increase its differentiation: reaffirming its civic identity to become the bank for sustainable finance, but also building a partnership model which is innovative and internationally oriented in order to serve its customers.
