La Banque Postale’s development will involve an open banking model, positioning the Bank both as a producer and service provider (e.g. via the Business Solutions platform of La Banque Postale Consumer Finance for consumer credit) and as aggregator of personalised solutions for the customer.
Partnerships will also be the main focus of international development, drawing in particular on the geographical positions of CNP Assurances in Europe and South America.

To support its customers during their life moments, La Banque Postale aims to create an ecosystem of ‘companion banking’, offering packages of financial and extra-financial services via a digital platform that uses data responsibly.
