With more than 20 years of experience in HR roles with an international focus, Stéphanie Bonnivert specializes in supporting cultural, managerial, organizational, and digital transformations.
Her career began in academic research in the sociology of organizations in Belgium, before she joined the consulting firm Hay Group in Paris (2004–2008), where she worked on projects related to compensation, employee benefits, organization, and leadership.
She continued her career at ENGIE in 2008 as Group Compensation and Organization Manager, then joined SUEZ in 2015 as Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer. There, she led the overhaul of the Talent and Leadership policy before creating and heading the Learning and Diversity function at the Group level.
In 2018, she joined the Crédit Agricole SA Group as Director of HR Development, in charge of managerial transformation, and subsequently created and led the HR function for IT, Digital, and Data. In 2023, she joined LCL as HR Director for the Île-de-France region and later assumed responsibility for HR Development and operational HR management.
