Olivier Solère graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Postes & Télécommunications (ENSPTT) and NEOMA / Sup de Co Reims. After three years in the Key Accounts Sales Department at France Telecom, he joined La Poste in 1998, where he successively held the positions of Postal Services Sales Director in Paris and Network Director in the Yvelines region.

In 2003, he joined the Office of La Poste’s Chairman, Jean-Paul Bailly, as Technical Advisor in charge of relations with Parliament and ministerial offices. In particular, he coordinated the work related to the bill regulating postal activities, which was adopted in May 2005 and laid the foundations for the creation of La Banque Postale.

In 2006, he founded the National Communications and Information Agency (Agence Nationale de Communication et d’Information – ANCI) of the La Poste Group, which was responsible for La Poste’s corporate, internal and external communications across France through a network of 21 regional agencies.

He subsequently joined La Banque Postale in 2011, where he successively served as the Bank’s Territorial Representative (RTB) for the Île-de-France region, notably overseeing banking controllers, then as Chairman of the Management Board of La Banque Postale Gestion Privée in 2013. In 2015, he became a member of the Management Board of BPE (now Louvre Banque Privée), before joining the Human Resources Department in 2018, where he was responsible for compensation and executive management.

He was subsequently appointed HR Business Partner for the Retail Banking Division and the Corporate and Investment Banking Division (BEDL). Since April 1, 2026, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of SOFIAP.
