Guillaume de Roucy, 54, holds a master’s degree in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine University and a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in Strategy & Management. He began his career at Paribas in 1990 in international financing in Mexico and later in France before joining ABN AMRO in 1994 to develop that business. He then became Director of Structured Finance for the Maghreb in 1999. Beginning in 2001, he held various senior positions in human resources within the ABN AMRO Group in France before being appointed Director of Human Resources for the Royal Bank of Scotland in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg in 2008.
In January 2013, he became Director of Executive and Strategic Management and Compensation for La Banque Postale Group, and assumed the same role for the La Poste Network starting in 2015. Since 2018, he has served as Director of Human Resources for La Banque Postale and its subsidiaries (excluding La Poste Financial Services).
