Guillaume de Roucy holds a master’s degree in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine University and a DEA in Strategy & Management. He began his career in 1990 at Paribas in international finance, first in Mexico and then in France. In 1994, he joined ABN AMRO to expand this business, before becoming Director of Structured Finance for the Maghreb in 1999. Starting in 2001, he held various senior positions in human resources within the ABN AMRO Group in France, and was subsequently appointed Director of Human Resources for the Royal Bank of Scotland in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg in 2008.
In 2013, Guillaume de Roucy became Director of Executive and Strategic Management and Compensation at La Banque Postale, and assumed the same role for the La Poste Network starting in 2015. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Human Resources for La Banque Postale and its subsidiaries, expanding his scope to include La Poste’s Financial Services in 2022.
