Vincent Leclerc has been in charge of La Banque Postale’s process transformation program since March 2024 and, in that capacity, serves as a member of the Development Committee. He is responsible for improving the customer and employee experience through an ambitious process overhaul, in line with the goals of operational efficiency and value creation.
He joined La Banque Postale in September 2014 as Director of Strategic Project Management, before taking charge of the Performance and Change Division and leading the Excellence 2020 operational excellence program, and then, since 2022, the GEMO program for transforming the project operational model.
Vincent Leclerc began his career in the IT department of Crédit Lyonnais’s international division, before moving into organizational consulting (Bossard Consultants) and then strategy consulting (BCG).
He also worked at the Crédit du Nord Group as an IT project manager, then as head of the marketing and risk data science teams, and finally as director of organization and projects.
He is a graduate of École Centrale Paris (1993).
