Tiphaine de Gaudusson is a graduate of HEC, holds a master’s degree in business law (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), and is admitted to the Paris Bar.

She began her professional career in 1997 as an attorney at the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she specialized in banking and finance law. In 2011, she joined the law firm August & Debouzy to develop its financing practice. In 2012, she became General Counsel at GE Factofrance, then General Counsel at Factofrance – CMCIC Factor in 2016.

She joined La Banque Postale in 2018 as Deputy General Counsel, then became Group General Counsel in 2020.

In May 2022, La Banque Postale entrusted her with establishing the General Secretariat, which brings together the legal, public affairs, governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance departments.
