Silvan Marty, 52, is a graduate of INSA Lyon. He began his career in Lille as a research analyst in the risk management department at Sofinco (formerly Finaref), a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole. In 2002, he was appointed Chief Risk Officer in Budapest at Credigen Bank Zrt, the Hungarian subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (CACF). Starting in 2007, he worked in the Credit Department and was then appointed in 2013 as Head of Retail Credit and Consolidation for the CACF Group. In 2014, he joined La Banque Postale Consumer Finance (formerly La Banque Postale Financement).

In 2017, Silvan Marty became Director of Retail Credit Risk at La Banque Postale, a position he held for three years before joining the Executive Board of Louvre Banque Privée as Secretary General.

Effective October 1, 2025, he was appointed to the Executive Board of La Banque Postale Consumer Finance.
