Pierre Ernst holds a DESS in finance from Aix-Marseille University and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Paris X. He joined LBP AM in 2021 as a member of the Executive Board and Chief Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as Chairman of Candriam France, a member of the Strategy Committee, and COO of Candriam Group, a pan-European asset management firm, from 2007 to 2020, after having served as Global Head of Risk Management there from 2001 to 2007.
In addition, Pierre Ernst currently holds and has held various board positions: at LFDE since July 2023, at Ostrum AM from 2021 to 2022, and at Iznès, a fintech company specializing in fund distribution via blockchain, since 2021.
Finally, he served as a member of the AMF’s Advisory Committee on Asset Management and Institutional Investors from 2017 to 2022 and as a member of the AFG’s Strategic Committee from 2018 to 2020.
