She joined the La Poste Group in 1998 and began her career in Human Resources before moving, in 2002, to the Human Resources Department of the Financial Services division, where she focused on labor relations.
In 2005, she became Director of Human Resources at the Paris Financial Center, then took over as Head of Customer Management at the same center.
Between 2011 and 2014, she established the Business Analysis Department for Retail Banking and championed the business unit’s needs in transformation projects.
From 2014 to 2017, she served as Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department for Financial Services, before joining the Group’s Human Resources Department in January 2018. There, she established the HR Services Department, responsible for payroll and administrative management for La Poste SA.
In 2022, she created the Payroll and HR Digital Transformation Department, responsible for modernizing payroll practices and the HRIS at La Poste SA, with a focus on operational performance to support business units, managers, and postal workers.
