Eymard de Charry, a graduate of the Lyon School of Management, began his career in 1999 at GE Capital Europe before joining the strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company in 2004, where he worked primarily in the banking and insurance sectors.
He then joined Groupama-Gan in 2010 as Director of Operations in charge of operational efficiency programs, and in 2013 became Director of Distribution and Director of Multichannel and Digital Operations at Gan Assurances.
In 2017, he joined the P&V-Vivium Group—a general insurer operating exclusively in the Belgian market—to lead the “P&V Brand Business Unit,” and later became a member of the group’s executive board.
In September 2019, Eymard de Charry joined La Banque Postale, where he was responsible for overseeing the industrial and commercial merger with CNP Assurances. He was subsequently appointed in January 2023 as Director of the Operational Model, Digital, and Distribution for Savings & Insurance. Since March 2024, Eymard de Charry has served as Chairman of Easybourse, the online brokerage firm and wholly-owned subsidiary of La Banque Postale.
