Béatrice Collot holds a DESS in Market Finance from the University of Lyon 2, a Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Studies from the University of Manchester (UK), and a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Caen.
She began her career in 1993 as an inspector at the CPR, before joining the CCF in 1998 (which became HSBC in 2000), where she spent just over 24 years, first in the General Inspection Department and then in the Market Banking division working on origination activities, before taking charge of the Major Clients Division in 2008. In 2012, she became General Secretary and then Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Bank.
In July 2014, she was appointed Head of the Global Trade and Receivables Finance Department and Managing Director of HSBC Factoring France, where she oversaw the consolidation of product lines: international trade finance, commodity finance, factoring, reverse factoring, and international and domestic guarantees.
In early 2021, Béatrice took charge of the strategic and operational transformation in Europe for HSBC Wholesale Banking.
In April 2022, she was appointed Head of La Banque Postale Leasing & Factoring.
