The Biography of Alexandre Diers

Deputy Director of Group Compliance and Ethics Officer

Alexandre began his career in 1998 at Crédit Lyonnais UK before joining Arthur Andersen. In 2002, he joined the Caisse d’Epargne Group’s General Inspection department and later moved to Natixis Consumer Finance. In 2009, he became Head of Compliance at Crédit Foncier de France.

In 2016, he joined HSBC, where he served as Head of Anti-Financial Crime for the retail banking and wealth management divisions, and later as Head of Compliance for the entire retail banking and private banking operations in continental Europe. He joined La Banque Postale in 2021 as Director of Compliance for Subsidiaries. Alexandre is a graduate of EDHEC.

He was appointed Deputy Director of Group Compliance in May 2024, overseeing Group-wide regulatory risk management and cross-functional compliance. He also serves as the Group Ethics Officer.
