Bertrand Sadorge is a graduate of EM Lyon (ESC Lyon). After three years in audit and financial consulting at Mazars, first in Paris and then in Sydney, he joined the Caisse des Dépôts group in 1998. He spent eight years there, holding successively the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Egis Projects Asia Pacific in Sydney and then in Paris, Director of Southern European Projects at Egis Projects SA, Chief Financial Officer of Egis Ports (and in charge of its privatization), and finally Head of Financial Operations and Equity Investments at C3D (Caisse des Dépôts Développement) and the public institution CDC. In particular, he managed investment portfolios and privatizations in the non-banking sector.
He joined La Banque Postale in 2009 as Director of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Development, where he managed several strategic growth and partnership transactions, including the acquisitions of Tocqueville Finance and Banque Privée Européenne, as well as the creation of Sfil and the Corporate and Public Sector divisions. In 2016, he joined the business unit dedicated to corporate clients and successively led the subsidiary La Banque Postale Leasing & Factoring and then the structured finance activities “Financing & Advisory” (real estate, assets & projects, LBOs, etc.).
Since 2024, he has served as Director of Client Development, overseeing sales, marketing, and Domiserve.
