Thomas Guittet holds a master’s degree in finance from Paris Dauphine University. He began his career in 1996 at the General Inspection Department of BNP Paribas.
He then joined the Dexia Group in 1999, where he held various positions in Paris and Brussels in internal audit, risk management, and financial communications. In 2009, he was appointed General Inspector of the Dexia Group and then Deputy Chief Risk Officer in 2014.
He joined La Banque Postale in September 2018 as Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the group, responsible for the integration and management of the risk function. In 2021, he was appointed Group Chief Risk Officer and joined the Executive Committee.
Effective April 1, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate and Local Development Bank, in charge of the Markets and Financing Division.
