Frédéric Dhjan holds a DESS in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille. He began his career in 1998 at the General Inspection Department of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel.
He then joined JP Morgan Asset Management France as assistant to the head of compliance. In 2006, he returned to the National Confederation of Crédit Mutuel to work in the risk management department. Specializing in credit risk, he managed several strategic regulatory projects there (Basel II, Basel III, IFRS 9). In 2020, he was appointed Chief Risk Officer of the Crédit Mutuel Group. In early June 2025, he joined La Banque Postale as Group Chief Risk Officer and became a member of its Executive Committee.
