Sophie Renaudie holds a DEA in Modelling and Quantitative Analysis. She began her career in 1995 at La Poste, as Head of Savings Standards and Processes within La Poste’s Accounting Department, before joining Efiposte in 2000, where she successively served as Auditor and Accounting Manager.
She contributed to the creation of La Banque Postale, where she was appointed Deputy Chief Accounting Officer in 2006 and subsequently Head of Asset and Liability Management. She also held several directorships within the Group’s subsidiaries.
In 2016, she was appointed Group Financial Control Director at La Poste, where she oversaw financial performance, the financial control of major internal projects and investment decisions, and the definition of financial planning processes, the Group’s management cycle, and performance monitoring standards and indicators. She also oversaw the Group’s management control function and its transformation, covering 1,100 management controllers.
In 2018, she also became a member of La Banque Postale’s Supervisory Board, Risk Committee, Audit Committee and Strategic Committee. In 2023, she joined La Banque Postale’s Executive Committee as Group Chief Financial Officer. In 2024, she joined La Banque Postale’s Management Board as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer.
