Alexandre Giros appointed CEO of Ma French Bank

At an exceptional meeting chaired today by Philippe Heim, Chairman of the Management Board of La Banque Postale, the Board of Directors of Ma French Bank appointed Alexandre Giros as Chief Executive Officer. He is a member of La Banque Postale's Development Committee reporting to Marion Rouso, member of La Banque Postale's Management Board, Managing Director of Retail Banking and Executive Vice President of Groupe La Poste’s Retail Customer and Digital Services business unit, responsible for the distribution of banking and non-banking products. He takes over from Alice Holzman, who is leaving for a new role outside the company.

Alexandre Giros was until now Head of Innovation, Digital and Data at La Banque Postale. He has spent the last four years directing La Banque Postale's digital strategy and the digitisation of its offer and online banking services and applications. Before joining La Banque Postale, he worked for 6 years on developing BNP Paribas group's Retail distribution model, notably launching Hello Bank in Europe.

Alexandre Giros will have a brief to continue developing Ma French Bank, reinforcing its role as a trusted digital community bank, open to all and offering best-in-class customer experience.

Alexandre Giros takes up his new role on 23 March.
