Natixis and La Banque Postale have completed the combination of the fixed-income and insurance-related asset management businesses of Ostrum Asset Management and La Banque Postale Asset Management, following receipt of regulatory approvals. The closing of this combination on October 31, 2020 creates a European asset management leader with more than €430 billion in assets under management and over €590 billion under administration through its services platform as at end-September 2020.

La Banque Postale: Successful €500m Tier 2 Subordinated Notes Issue
La Banque Postale has successfully raised €500 million through a Tier 2 Subordinated Notes issue. The 10.25-year notes are callable in year 5.25 and pay interest at a fixed rate of 0.875% (reset for the remaining five years in the event that the notes are not called in year 5.25). The issue forms part of La Banque Postale’s strategy to increase its regulatory own funds.

SFIL is joining the large public financial pole led by Caisse des Dépôts
The French Republic, Caisse des Dépôts and La Banque Postale announced today that they have finalized the transfer of SFIL's total share capital to Caisse des Dépôts (which held 20% of the share capital) held by the French State (75%), minus one share that the French State will retain, and the total share capital held by La Banque Postale (5%), in accordance with and under the same conditions as the agreements between SFIL's shareholders dated March 4th, 2020 and October 9th, 2019.
