S&P Global Ratings rehausse de deux crans la notation des dettes hybrides émises par La Banque Postale
Le 9 octobre 2023, S&P Global Ratings a procédé à un rehaussement de la notation des dettes hybrides émises par La Banque Postale. La notation de ces instruments est désormais déterminée à partir de l’issuer credit rating (ICR) de CNP Assurances (filiale à 100 % de La Banque Postale) alors qu’elle était jusqu’alors déterminée à partir du stand-alone credit profile (SACP) de La Banque Postale.
CNP Assurances SA announces the payment of an interim dividend of around €1 billion to CNP Assurances Holding
The Board of Directors of CNP Assurances SA met on September 27, 2023 at 9 a.m. at the company's head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux, under the chairwomanship of Véronique Weill. At the meeting, the Board approved the distribution of an interim dividend of around €1 billion to CNP Assurances Holding, to be paid from the current year's net income and retained earnings.
