This rating, which establishes La Banque Postale's ESG risk profile, evaluates La Banque Postale's actions and results in various areas representing key ESG issues for financial institutions:

- Business ethics (anti-money laundering, whistleblower programme, anti-corruption programme, fiscal transparency, etc.),
- Responsible products and services (banking accessibility, responsible sales practices, etc.),
