This rating, which establishes La Banque Postale's ESG risk profile, evaluates La Banque Postale's actions and results in various areas representing key ESG issues for financial institutions:
- Confidentiality of cybersecurity data,
- Business ethics (anti-money laundering, whistleblower programme, anti-corruption programme, fiscal transparency, etc.),
- Responsible products and services (banking accessibility, responsible sales practices, etc.),
- Incorporating ESG criteria in financing and investment activities (green offers, social offers, ESG integration when developing offers, SRI offer, etc.),
- Human capital (social agreements, anti-discrimination policies, employee training, growth prospects, etc.).
